Drove product vision and execution for Guru's first customer-facing generative AI product, Assist, in both the web app and Slackbot Card Editor products, leading to a 27% increase in quality knowledge content creation and 20% increase in monthly active user engagement.
Design Tools & Website Builders
Drove strategy, execution, and launch for Splash’s industry leading website builder CMS, drag-and-drop design tools, and theme library, including multiple platform upgrades to simplify the user experience and address shifting user persona needs.
This core functionality was a driving force behind Splash's consistent 100% YoY revenue growth in the company's early stages.


Integration Platforms
At both Splash and Guru, I drove strategy, vision, and execution to effectively connect our platform with customers' more strategic and impactful third party partners.
These connections included native integrations with Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot, Slack, Zoom, Greenhouse, and more, along with iPaaS platforms like Zapier and Workato and and public API and webhook options.
Development plans across these initiatives included both 0 to 1 launches and iterative optimizations, ultimately resulting in significant improvements across growth and retention.
Growth & Experimentation Frameworks
Utilized multiple user research methodologies and an A/B test framework to identify key challenges in the trial onboarding experience and conversion funnel.
