How does the prioritization formula work? The Quatro prioritization formula is based off the tried and true "Impact vs. Effort" matrix, with deadlines mixed in. When you create tasks in Quatro, you are required to assign an Impact and Time estimate: We will always make sure you are tackling the "Quick Wins" first, tasks with high Impact and low effort. Once those are cleared out, you will have the mental headspace to strategize and properly plan for your more time-intensive tasks. That being said, sometimes you have relatively low impact tasks that just need to get done by a certain date. As your due date approaches, the prioritization formula will adjust and move the task higher and higher in your list until it reaches your Top 4. If the formula just isn't working for you, tasks can always be manually re-arranged by dragging within the same list, or even from your Backlog over to your Top 4. The key here is mental headspace. Your brain only has so much capacity in a given day, so rather than burdening yourself with scanning through scary to-do lists to figure out what to work on next, the Quatro prioritization formula handles everything so you can leave the heavy lifting for the task at hand.

Why aren't my events showing after I connected my calendar? If you successfully connected your Google account and linked a calendar, your Calendars section should look something like this: When you go back to your Home screen, your calendar events should automatically show. If they aren't showing, it could be one of two things: 1. Quatro only pulls in calendar Events, not Reminders. 2. Make sure your calendar sharing settings are set to "Make changes to events." For example, in the example below, if you had connected the "puente.allott@gmail.com" account to Quatro and wanted to link the Guillermo calendar, make sure the Gmail account has the proper permissions on the calendar.
